About the Hub

Honoring service. Building resilience. Rooted in community.

The Veterans & Community Resiliency Hub is an intentional model for local development — one that treats a single property as a multi-generational gateway to self-sufficiency and human flourishing.

Two veterans in a quiet, supportive conversation

Our vision

A multi-layered ecosystem for community wealth, wellness, and capital.

The Veterans & Community Resiliency Hub reimagines a single property as a multi-generational gateway for economic self-sufficiency and human flourishing — moving beyond standard real-estate leasing to create an intentional ecosystem of care.

Under one roof at 149 Franklin Blvd, a lower-level wellness studio and community kitchen sit beneath floors of resource navigators, housing and mental-health professionals, and disability advocates. Movement, meaning, and material support reinforce one another — the way real resilience is actually built.

It's a specialized, blended model: honoring military service while delivering holistic wellness, workforce integration, and resource navigation — so that resilience is something we build together, not something anyone has to find alone.

How it fits together, floor by floor

The building itself is the strategy. Care and opportunity are layered so a single visit can move a person from crisis to a concrete next step — and back for the follow-through.

Lower level

Wellness Studio & Community Kitchen

A trauma-informed movement and yoga studio for somatic healing and physical therapy — alongside a commercial kitchen for culinary-skills training and community meals.

Ground floor

Resource Navigation & Intake

A welcoming front door where VA resource navigators and housing-transition specialists meet veterans where they are and map out next steps together.

Upper offices

Counseling, Advocacy & Partners

Private offices for mental-health professionals, disability advocates, and partner services — the quiet, professional space this work deserves.

What guides us

Our values

The principles behind every space we design and every program we run.

Veteran-Centered

Built around the veteran experience. Every service starts from respect for service and the realities that come after it.

Trauma-Informed

Safety, choice, and dignity are designed into every space and program — from the studio downstairs to the offices above.

Whole-Person

Wellness, work, and navigation together — because resilience is built across every part of a life, not one appointment at a time.

Community-Rooted

149 Franklin Blvd is a permanent gateway to self-sufficiency and flourishing — an anchor the neighborhood can count on.

Who we're here for

Built for the whole community

Veterans & their families

Wellness, benefits navigation, housing, mental health, and workforce support in one trusted place.

Community members

Preventive wellness, movement classes, culinary training, and community meals open to the neighborhood.

Agencies & employers

Government, VA, health-plan, and employer partners delivering measurable outcomes through our model.

We believe a building can do more than hold offices. Under one roof, we bring wellness, work, and navigation together — so a veteran walks in carrying a problem and walks out with a plan, a practice, and a community that has their back.
